$75 · Healing Your Life Ayurvedic Workshop

During this interactive and informative 6-week program, join me in learning about all things Ayurveda and how to apply its simple and uplifting modalities into your everyday life! We will be exploring the practices of aromatherapy, colour meditation, sound healing and taste testing. By using your 5 senses, we will be able to understand your unique elemental makeup and how to maintain its optimal balance. Brought to you by an Ayurvedic Health Counselor Intern from the California College of Ayurveda. Dates: Weekly, 2-hour classes at Moksana Yoga Center starting Thursday, February 13th to Thursday, March 19th from 6 pm to 8 pm. Total cost of program is $75.00. Neti pot, aromatherapy spritzer and eye wash cups are required for students, all other course materials will be provided. Cash or interac e-transfer are accepted payments.
