I started my Young Living business a year ago because I loved the products and could see the potential for the possible income earned to change our lives. You tell people about the products (and once you try them, you can't help but share your results!) and you are given a referral commission. There is no monthly order requirement, and never any obligations to purchase anything. Your customers become your team and you earn percentages and bonuses in several different ways, based on your personal sales, the sales of your team as well as success of you and your team. Network marketing is all about understanding exponential growth & creating relationships with people. If you tell 2 people a month about these products, you'd only sign up 24 people a year. That's okay if you only want to make a little bit of extra income, but if you told those same 2 people to also tell 2 people and told them to do the same, you would have over 500,000 people on your team after that same year!
