A local in-home service business with deep roots in the Greater Victoria community needs assistance handling incoming calls, emails, texts, and social media inquiries from our loyal clients and potential customers. We're looking for people who are focused, bright, cheerful, warm, empathetic, and helpful in person and on the phone. You will need to communicate concisely in order to lead inquirers through a gentle process which identifies the caller's needs and helps them to determine if our services are right for them. You must be able to pay very close attention to details... This job is perfect if you're already studying or working from home, have a little extra time on your hands, and would like to earn some extra cash during quiet moments. Suitable candidates will have access to a quiet place to receive calls free from such interruptions as pet sounds and children playing (though we love them all), and any other distractions. Ideally, you would have a peaceful home office environment set up and ready to use. This is a Remote Office Assistant position. The pay to you varies depending on how many calls you're able to take but can quickly grow into the $16-20+ per hour range as you grow into the role. Requirements: The ability to express your natural friendliness and helpfulness over the phone. Sales experience and the demonstrated ability to handle inbound calls is a must.
