Offered for sale this framed vintage Black and White photograph of H.M.S. Redbreast. The 6x8 photograph is in nice condition with no obvious damage and framed in a 7x9 inch frame. HMS Redbreast was a passenger/cargo ship requisitioned by the British Government during World War I, and used as a messager ship and antisubmarine Q-ship. She was torpedoed and sunk by the Imperial German Navy submarine UC-38 in the Aegean Sea on 15 July 1917 while on passage from Skyros to the Doro Channel.
