Please apply by using this link: https://app.smartsheet.com/b/form/08cbf29b05fd46019a7a3434046c785d Experience and skills required: *Dedicated, keen, and self-disciplined individual with a sincere desire to provide excellent customer service *Minimum of 3 years of Hospitality experience in a Customer Service role within a resort or hotel environment *Organizational skills to effectively process all reservations, purchases, paper work, and reports *Ability to read, write, and speak English *Experience working with families or children *Ability to multi-task and maintain a professional and upbeat demeanor while under pressure *Strong communication skills *Fine attention to detail *Professional phone etiquette *Intermediate to advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel) *Strong personal interest in outdoor education and adventure tourism *Proven comfort and success while living in remote communities or away from close family and friends for extended periods of time *Physical requirements: walk, stand, twist and bend for periods of time and able to lift 25kg. Be able to hear, speak, and see without impairment Duties: (may include but not limited to) *Make and manage accommodation reservations *Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments *Direct communication with Housekeeping Lead *Provide directions and up-to-date information about local adventure activities, amenities, and features to guests and inform guests of activity style, physical requirements, duration, and cost, when applicable *Lead and manage new team members training schedule *Monitor and maintain inventory levels of all consumable office products and accommodation needs as appropriate Process purchases and cash handling according to company policy *Maintain equipment and promptly notify the maintenance department of any damages, deficits, and disturbances *Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing *Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by management, which may include cross training for other positions within the company *Staff Housing Available
