Beautiful, colourful house in Colwood with large private yard and amazing patio. One bedroom available for rent (two rooms to choose from). Can be furnished or unfurnished. Price for the room is $1100, all inclusive. No pets. Available immediately. You will share the house with one other person. About me: I am a 29 year old working professional and student, I appreciate a clean house! I like to cook, work, and relax when I am home, or maybe do a workout or some gardening outside. *Please note, I am looking for someone to stay here for 3 months, possibly longer. The house will be going on the market for sale so tenancy is month-to-month, but 2 months notice will be given to you should the house sell.
