Good Boy seeking forever home

This is Tobi. He's a handsome, super smart, energetic & stick obsessed Boston Terrier. We've had Tobi since birth but he is increasingly unhappy with our family and he deserves to be the happy little dude that we miss seeing so much. We've tried so many different things to help make him happy but, after much consideration, we've made the decision to find a place for Tobi to live his best Doggo life! A bit about Tobi-dog: He loves, I mean REALLY loves, his sticks (brings one home on every walk), snuggles (he's the best snuggler) and food (he has a special dish to slow him down). He loves swimming and will hang out in the water whenever he can and he loves him some walkies too but gets excited and pulls quite a bit..he can't help himself! He's a great dancer (really). He's a complicated guy though and he has some issues that will require patience, understanding and experience. His home MUST be one without young children or other pets, with someone who either works from home, is home more often than not or is retired and has the time to spend with him. He's sensitive to social pressure, new situations and does not have strong control or coping skills. He is not a fan of people other than his own, other pets or doorbells. He's been known to snap or bite to keep people he doesn't know away from him but with kindness and treats he will warm up quickly. Even after tons of training sessions he absolutely hates other dogs and cannot be around them so he must be leashed if the possibility of other dogs being around exists. In the right hands this little dog will be so much happier! He's fully up to date on his vet visits, is microchipped and did I mention he's a great snuggler? :)
