Gold Capped Conure looking for a loving home

Maccha is looking for a loving home where he will be the only bird and animal and able to be with his person for hours. He's a very loving bird who deals with feather destruction and some aggression. We do not know his age but it's assumed he's around 10. He would love to find a home where he could be with his person for most of the day, just sitting on their shoulder preening their hair. He does have a history of aggression towards other birds and animals. He will try to attack our dogs if they come near him. He is not used to being locked in a cage but comes with a large cage, playstand, and all of his things. This is with a heavy heart that I write this. We love him but he doesn't get the attention he wants and with the dogs safety is an issue. If you think he sounds like someone you'd like to meet please contact with some information about yourself.
