Classic "Cast iron" Gazebo approximately 9feet across and approximately thirteen feet high. This is a beautiful, high end gazebo. Gazebo "delivered" in sections to your door in the lower mainland or vancouver island. Cost: $9,000.00 + tax Gazebo, "including installation", on "your existing" prepared gravel or concrete pad is $15,000.00 plus tax The Gazebo comes in sections and needs careful but straight forward assembly. Each section is very heavy and needs two people and a solid scaffolding system to set up. We have set ours on six inches of level, compacted gravel and then placed 16"square concrete patio stones set in sand where each of the main posts are located. Great Care needs to be taken to ensure that everything is nice and level before starting to set up the main bases for your gazebo. The heavy bases and posts go up next and have set screws in place to secure. The heavy bands of steel are then lifted and bolted to the top square brackets. The sections must be placed in the correct sequence. Then the light metal work, top "basket", made from hot rolled steel, is added to form the dome. It takes a good couple of days for two strong people to set up after you have formed the solid base with gravel. (Count on three days for the assembly) The gazebo comes painted and with all the bolts needed. There is a two month wait right now. We take a deposit of $5,000.00 to start the process. You can come and look at this one in Sooke BC to give you the idea of scale, detail etc. etc. The base must be compacted and completely level and complete with a concrete slab or 16" concrete patio slabs for each post.
