$900 · Garage Doors and Operators

We are replacing our two garage doors with some new wood garage doors - these are only about 10 - 12 years old and too good to go to the landfill. These 2 - 8' x 9' Northwest Door T128 Garage Doors can be re-painted to suit the colour of your home. If 9' is too tall, you can remove one section to make it 7'6" tall - you would only have to replace the spring to accommodate the new door weight, other than that all other components can be cut to fit the new size. These doors have a retail value of $900 each and have worked flawlessly for us over the past decade. ($600.00 for both) We are also replacing our belt drive motors - Liftmaster 3280 w/ 10' belt rail extensions. Includes 1 - remote and inside wall station. If you take both, you are welcome to the exterior keypad too. ($300.00 for both) Our doors are being replaced sometime near mid/late - August, so it would be ideal if you could come to pick them up within a day or two of them being taken out so they aren't taking up space in our garage or driveway. Ted Ford Doors will complete the de-installation and neatly prepare the doors for curb side pick up. We can finalize details as we get closer to the date. We've been told retail cost of each door / operator package would be around $2,500 installed.
