We're on the search for a new team member! At Horror Escape we are dedicated to offering guests a profound entertainment experience to remember. As a business, we are always working to grow and up our game, all puns intended. As a small team, we're looking to work alongside inspiring, charismatic and motivated people who are energetic, friendly and reliable. Who can problem solve and think on their feet, and a bonus if you're handy and can make quick fixes to rooms when needed. Horror Escape is an unique opportunity, in that you mostly work solo which requires you to be self motivated and responsible, being a strong face to our brand at all times. Responsibilities - To represent Horror Escape, and embody our team values, procedures, and agreements at all times. Exceptional customer service, managing booking systems. Giving exciting and consistent experiences to guests in the room. Going over unique agreements and story-lines for each of our three rooms, and giving timely and helpful clues to puzzles in the rooms when asked. Resetting rooms with an extremely high attention to detail. Small repairs within the room when necessary. Answering phone, checking voicemail and email throughout your shift and replying respectfully and promptly. Be open to constructive feedback and enjoy growing as a team member. Requirements - You: are consistent, dependable, and accurate in carrying out responsibilities. have demonstrated a high attention to detail in your past positions. possess a strong ability to multi-task. are positive and have a professional attitude. excel in effective communication. are goal oriented, and committed to improvement. Starting wage is $15/hour You will be working 2-4 days/nights a week. Great position for someone going to university or college!
