We are a small team looking to work alongside inspiring, charismatic and motivated people. We are looking to hire an energetic, friendly and reliable team member. Horror Escape is unique in that you mostly work solo which requires you to be self motivated and responsible, being a strong face to our brand at all times. Responsibilities - ● To represent Horror Escape, and embody our team values, procedures, and agreements at all times. ● Exceptional customer service, managing booking systems. ● Giving exciting and consistent experiences to guests in the room. Going over unique agreements and storylines for each of our three rooms, and giving timely and helpful clues to puzzles in the rooms when asked. ● Resetting rooms with an extremely high attention to detail. ● Small repairs within the room when necessary. ● Answering phone, checking voicemail and email throughout your shift and replying respectfully and promptly. ● Be open to constructive feedback and are coachable. Requirements - ● You are consistent, dependable, and accurate in carrying out responsibilities. ● You have demonstrated a high attention to detail in your past positions. ● You possess a strong ability to multi-task. ● You are positive and have a professional attitude. ● You excel in effective communication. ● You are goal oriented, and committed to improvement. Starting wage is $14/hour but we are motivated to keep strong team members with us and reward strong customer service, problem solving skills, and commitment with wage increases. You will be working 3-5 days/nights a week, which is about 20-30 hours/week to start.
