Apartment size washer and dryer has seen minimal use and is in "like new" condition. The 5 year extended warranty purchased for an additional $300 with the units is transferable and has 30 months remaining on it. Also included is the GE stack kit to allow the dryer to be stacked on top of the washer. Dryer is currently configured for side venting, but can be reconfigured. Transportation bolts for the washer are included. Moving to smaller apartment so cannot take with me. New units are selling for $940 + each. See website link below.
