No car parking spot. $900 a month covers all utilities plus high-speed Internet and Netflix. $450 damage deposit. One person only. Long-term renter preferred. We are right on the 14 bus line -- 13 minutes to downtown, 35 minutes to UVic. Motorcycle/scooter space available for additional $15/month. This is a great spot for an outdoorsy person: the E&N and Galloping Goose bike trails, The Gorge, Esquimalt Inner Harbour, and Portage Park are all close by. Bedroom has two double closets (one is a mini walk-in), mahogany bureau and mirror, mahogany double bed, bedside table, bookshelf, desk, lamps, upholstered chair and Persian rug. You can see The Gorge from your window. Baseboard heated and bedroom has its own thermostat. Full bathroom upstairs, small bathroom downstairs. Both are shared. Laundry room is in upstairs hall. The common living area includes a living and dining room, fully equipped galley kitchen and pantry, and a large balcony. Yes, there is a paddleboard in the living room—it won't fit anywhere else. Feel free to add yours. Balcony has bike rack for two. Five-minute walk to Admirals Walk and all amenities: grocery store, coffee shop, liquor store, banks, etc. Your live-in roommate is a laid-back, working older woman (therapist and writer). There are two cats: Rufus, age 11 (that's him in the picture), and Finnigan, age 1. Rufus is aloof; Finnegan loves you already. I'm looking for someone who is clean, tidy, and responsible.
