Small furnished 1 bedroom suite in family home. Suite is suitable for one person only. Available immediately or February 1st. We are located in View Royal not far from Royal Roads University and back on to the Galloping Goose Trail. We are a 10 minute walk to Thetis Lake Park and bus stops. The buses #39, #50, #51, #53 and #61 all pass by. The suite has one large bedroom with desk and book shelf, a large bathroom and smaller living / kitchenette area. There is no stove/oven but many other cooking appliances. Utilities included as well as wifi but no cable. No laundry but a laundromat only a 10 min walk away. Parking for one vehicle available.
