Company Tablet for invoicing. Aero Furnace Duct and Chimney Cleaning LTD is a locally owned and operated company. POSITION SUMMARY: To attend clients homes and perform furnace and duct cleaning services, dryer vent cleanings and or chimney sweeps. You must maintain a high standard of customer service. RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide prompt and professional service to all customers. This includes being polite, courteous and respectful. Keeping to the run sheet, making sure you're on time to the next appointment. Wearing appropriate safety equipment. Conducting furnace and duct cleanings, chimney sweeps and dryer vent cleanings in the procedure Aero has trained you. Operate company vehicle with good judgment, obeying all laws and rules of the road. Keeping a good driving record. Follow all company procedures and requirements concerning equipment and tool maintenance and operation. Complete all tablet work. SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS: Ability to recognize and rectify problems. Have a clean drivers abstract, and be able to pass a criminal background check Able to deal with heights such as roofs and ladders as well as confined spaces as crawlspaces. Have an understanding of power tools. Thrive in an environment that is fast-paced, challenging and fun! PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This position is physically demanding. Furnaces may be in crawlspaces or attics. Traveling to each job location requires the safe operation of a company vehicle. The cleaning unit must be unloaded from the vehicle and rolled to the worksite. Ladders will be taken off and put on the van and set-up at houses.
