$1,100 · Fully Furnished 1-Bedroom Suite - Starting September 1st

We have a lovely 1 bedroom ground level suite available for rent starting September 1st. We are looking for one (1) person staying from September through December (it may be possible to extend for a period of time if needed). The suite comes furnished with a fully equipped kitchen/dining room, a living room, one bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The laundry is shared. There is also a large yard and outside sitting area that you are welcome to use. The monthly rent of $1,200 includes utilities (heat, hot water, electricity, garbage/ recycling, and internet). The suite is located in Oak Bay, along the #11 bus route which is the bus going to UVIC and downtown. It is approximately a 10-minute ride to the university and downtown is 15 minutes in the other direction. The beach is a 5-minute walk from our house and there is a great selection of stores and restaurants close by. We are a young working family with kids upstairs so there are no parties, smoking, drugs, etc. allowed. We are looking for a single quiet student who will use the apartment respectfully. Thanks
