Fantastic Cleaning Ltd. is seeking a Full-Time Cleaner/Heavy duty cleaner to join our Van Crew in Victoria Requirements for this position include: This position requires the operation of a company vehicle in order to drive to, from and between work sites. New members of the Van Crew will begin with a training program lasting roughly 2-3 weeks. The ability to responsibly take care of keys and alarm codes for a variety of sites we service is paramount, and with this responsibility comes faster opportunities for advancement than standard cleaning/janitorial positions. Our van crew members are always provided opportunities to learn new skills such as window cleaning, carpet cleaning, pressure washing, and floor maintenance, which of course come with a larger salary or hourly rate of pay. Our top floor technicians and window cleaners make fro $22-$28 per hour. Fantastic Cleaning pays for courses that will help you advance with your position with us, such as floor maintenance or lift operation training, enabling our staff to make more money by learning new skills and being able to be deployed to a variety of job sites. Working on Fantastic Cleaning's Van Crew means a lot of your work time is spent driving and travelling between sites.
