$16 · Full Time Painters Wanted - No Experience Required

University First Class Painters Victoria franchise is now seeking full time painters and production managers for the remainder of the summer and early fall. We will be painting homes all over Victoria, including Royal Oak, Gordon Head, Cadboro Bay, Saanich and Esquimalt. What we are looking for: Self-motivated individuals who want to be rewarded in accordance to their work ethic. Painting for a summer job means you'll get to be outside all day enjoying the weather, rather than being stuck inside. Also, we regularly hire the friends and acquaintances of successful painters, so there is a good chance you will be able to work with friends. Requirements: Excellent customer service skills is a must, as you will be in regular communication with the home owners throughout each project. Suitable applicants must be willing to climb up high ladders (safety training and equipment will be fully provided), and should also have experience working as part of a team, as teamwork will be essential to success. Painting experience is definitely an asset but is not necessary. Having a positive attitude and exemplary work ethic are more important than having painted before, as the University First Class Painters managers are more than willing to train individuals who have never worked a labour job before. Students are preferred, however we do also hire non-students, so everyone is welcome. Our painters have a huge earning potential, all while being outside and enjoying the summer during working hours. Wages generally range from $16-$23 per hour. Each job is budgeted for a set number of hours depending on the experience of the painters, and the pay received per job increases depending on how much you finish under budget.
