Full Time Building Cleaner

Ironclad Properties Inc. is currently accepting applications for the positions of: Full Time Building Cleaner to work at our residential properties located in Langford, BC. Ironclad Properties Inc. specializes in property management of multifamily apartment buildings across Western Canada. The successful candidate must be detail-oriented, good communication skills in both written and verbal, good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well under pressure. The following list provides a brief description of responsibilities but is not limited to the following: The building cleaner will be responsible for maintaining and cleaning all common areas within the property assigned: Stairwells, Hallways, Entrances, Parkades, Elevators, Business Center, Fitness Center and rest room facilities. This position requires day time hours and flexibility with weekend shifts. A criminal record check will be requested upon hiring. Must have own transportation. Remove debris, change garbage receptacles, cigarettes receptacles Vacuum all carpeted areas throughout Sweeping as needed Wash floors throughout Glass cleaning at entrances and doors throughout Polish steel int/ext elevators, clean tracking Clean sinks, counters, toilets, floors, disinfect and sanitize restroom facilities Clean exercise equipment, disinfect and sanitize Wall washing as needed Clean exterior of entrances, maintain and remove debris from walkways, paths and parking lot as needed.
