Pure Day Spa in Mattick's Farm is looking to fill a full-time position for a Front End Coordinator with guaranteed hours Tuesday to Saturday. This position is available immediately and pays $18-$20 an hour depending on experience. Duties Greeting and checking in clients, learning our online booking system, answering the phone, booking appointments, checking emails, assisting the spa manager, product ordering and inventory, working directly with customers, keeping the reception area and retail Boutique part of the spa clean and tidy, unpacking orders, and organizing files. We have a full-time spa manager on staff to provide all the necessary training. The successful applicant must be very positive, loves working with people, energetic, organized, detail oriented, a self starter, able to work efficiently on your own and follow instructions, excellent phone skills, a pleasant personality in dealing with clients and staff, must work well with others, and a professional appearance is a must for a spa environment. Skills Two years customer experience is required, spa experience is an asset. Word and Excel. Learning some basic skincare and all the treatments we offer. Bookkeeping may be required at a later date so experience in this would be an asset. We follow all the Covid 19 safety guidelines and have been approved by WorkSafe BC and Island Health to safely be open. We also provide the necessary PPE.
