Free Pull out couch for pets

Do you want to give your dog a couch outside? This couch folds out into a mattress. Here's the thing. My cat has peed on this couch, several times. I have washed it and sprayed it down, and I put a cover over it. It doesn't smell. I have to decided to take temptation away from my cat since tinfoil works but then if I forget, there he goes again and the cleaning process starts over.
