Fostex (FE167) drivers hand eNabled with damped baskets and wooden enabled phase plug - all from Planet 10 audio. Magical sounding with tube amps from 4 to 10 watts Cabinets made and veneered by a local cabinet maker, dark brown/coffee to my eyes, heavily braced and quite heavy. These are lovely speakers for listening to "any sort of vocals, jazz, and simpler classical music".
