FORKLIFT/CUSTOMER SERVICE Opportunity: Full-time hours, temporary position (to start), could go permanent! Location: Close to Downtown Hours: 8.00 - 4.30 PM, Monday - Friday, could be occasional shifts on Saturdays Pay rate: $17 - 20 depending on experience Start: ASAP We are seeking a forklift operator and customer service representative for a company in the steel industry located close to Downtown Victoria. This position has a strong possibility of going permanent for the right candidate. Responsibilities: - Forklift operation, as well as occasional skid steer and Kubota loader - Assist customers and participate/provide assistance during activities - Adhering to all health and safety standards, proactively work for a safe working environment - General upkeep of the area, packaging, sorting, upgrading, general housekeeping - Sort materials to prepare for processing - Report all equipment deficiencies to the right supervisor Requirements: -Forklift certification/experience -Customer service experience -Intermediate computer skills -Physically fit (constant change of pace environment) -Organisational skills What they offer: - $17-20/hour to start - Weekly pay - Work with a well-established and well-known company in Victoria - Strong possibility of a permanent position If this sounds like you, then we would love to hear from you - please apply here today and one of our Staffing Consultants will be in touch.
