EUC Fisher Price Loving family doll house with tons of accessories as shown in the pictures. It is complete with original holiday box, book (featuring the family), and decorations. After Christmas is over, the decorations can be removed and the house becomes "all season." The fireplace and assorted soft furnishings are also reversible to go from Christmas to everyday. A number of furniture pieces either make sounds or light up. The fireplace lights up, crackles, and plays a different song depending on which wreath is showing. Christmas tree and wreath light up, kitchen stove makes cooking sounds. The couch lamp lights and plays a song. The batteries seem mostly good for everything except the couch light which sounds like it needs new one. This is a really fantastic house and I'm seriously sad to see this go. My daughter received it from Santa many years ago but has outgrown it. Since there's no room to store it, it's time for it to make another child's Christmas extra special. It is dusty from disuse and the floors could do with a magic eraser (minor scuffs and such) but with a little bit of elbow grease it can look brand new again. The stickers are in great condition. No peeling or fading. The price is firm. This is a collector house which is no longer available. It has all original parts and comes with an extra living room set (also shown in pictures). The only thing missing is one place-setting for the kitchen. No deliveries or holds past 48 hours. Pickup in Marigold /Interurban area. Smoke-free and clean cat-friendly home. Cross-posted
