The West Coast College of Massage Therapy is looking to hire a Finance & Operations Coordinator to start right away. Please submit your resume to lindyl@collegeofmassage.com. Reports to: SEA and Finance Manager Finances: Post tuition invoices Collect tuition payments Reconcile accounts receivable on a monthly basis Record and track tuition payments in an Excel worksheet Reconcile unearned revenue accounts Post daily clinic sales Prepare clinic statistics in an Excel worksheet Prepare and post daily deposits Prepare receipts for all payments to the college Prepare instructors and administration staff payroll report on a bi-weekly basis Prepare instructor contracts Liaise with sponsoring agencies and prepare tuition invoices for sponsors and funding agencies Reconcile outreach and inreach revenue and costs Project enrolment for budgeting purposes Prepare T2202 Tuition and Enrolment Certificates Reconcile and post visa purchases Prepare student tuition contracts and distribute to students Purchase office supplies, textbooks, teaching aids, tables, chairs, computers, etc. Oversee clinic finances, cash procedures and reconciliations, track clinic revenue Track vacation and sick days for admin staff Operations: · Monitor the opening/closing schedule for college; communicate with Versatech to determine college needs each term · Contact Price's Alarm when college alarms are tripped · Ensure drills are conducted in accordance with Health & Safety requirements · Maintain equipment in accordance with Health & Safety requirements · Monitor and maintain all college equipment ie: tables, chairs, teaching aids, fridges, clinic/inreach · Communicate with contractors, electricians, plumbers and management company to repair deficiencies · Oversee and ensure janitorial company is maintaining cleaning standards · Manage site rentals, contracts, collection of deposit and payment. Co-ordinate entrance into college and site security · Prepare annual Inventory · Assist senior admin with student/faculty needs as required · Attend student liaison meetings on an as needed basis Work with Sr. Admin on accreditation and audit as required Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Experience: Bookkeeping: 1 year (Preferred)
