$800 · Fernwood TINY Home - 3 Month Lease

Hi, my tiny house is available for rent from April 1 - June 30th. I built the home two years ago. It is tucked in the back corner of the property, and is very quiet (aside from the odd clucks from the chickens next door). It is suitable for single occupancy. 3 month lease only. Amenities as follows: Kitchen: double sink, 2 burner propane stove, mini fridge (no freezer). There is no oven. Sleeping loft with queen size bed Living area: reading nook, folding table, wood stove Bathroom: sink, shower and composting toilet Deck facing the garden Shared laundry in the main house. The property is shared with three people in their late 20's, early 30's and a dog. We all live in the main house. Rent is $800 per month, and includes hydro. The hot water and stove run off a standard propane tank. You are responsible for refills, probably $20 total over the three month period. The space is small, and doesn't have room for much/any furniture. There is a queen size mattress in the loft that you can use, or bring your own.
