$1,400 · Female Professional Seeking Housing June 1, 2020 in Central Victoria

I am a psychologist relocating from Ontario to Victoria for June 1, 2020. I am also a homeowner in Ontario and rent my house out so I know the importance of finding good tenants. I am looking for something furnished (at least a bed and couch) for 4-6 months to start and if it is a good fit, likely longer. I can be somewhat flexible with my budget but $1400 is ideal for my current finances.
