On June 25, 2016, a 14 years old boy, on a bicycle that had the front wheel fall off while he was riding it. It was on the 1500 block of Cedar Hill Cross Road. His mother, brother, and mother's boyfriend were all bicycling with him at the time. He fell face first to the ground, bad injuries to his face and he was having a traumatic seizure at the scene, something like a big-time epileptic seizure. Pacific Coast Investigations is seeking a female witness, who was an off-duty police officer that was there and said she witnessed it all. Unfortunately no one took her name. She didn't say which force she was with. She was around 35-50 years old, Caucasian, thinner physique, brunette, spoke English with no accent, i.e. not French-Canadian. She would have remembered the accident because of the graphic injuries and uniqueness of the circumstances. She attended to the victim and helped transition him to the ambulance crew when they arrived. Please reply to this email or call 250-818-4023 if you know who this witness is.
