Since 2014 I have provided house sitting services at no charge to the clients of my upscale gardening service. My clients are not traveling this year because of COVID, so I am available to accept new house sitting assignments. Services offered: 1- a guarantee of me spending every night at the property. Completely eliminates the risk of break in. 2- monitoring for water leaks (roof, valves, toilets, etc.) 3- watering plants, forwarding mail (useful during tax season), mowing the lawn, etc. 4- there is a severe problem with rodents in Greater Victoria. I have heard more than once about an infestation going unnoticed, which resulted in thousands of dollars in remediation costs. This can be avoided only if someone knowledgeable is present on your property to install traps properly and inspect daily for telltale signs of rats/mice. Please note that I do not offer pet sitting services due to allergies. There will be no ugly landscaping truck on your property. I drive a 2020 Mitsubishi RVR. I am 54, semi-retired professional, single, no pets, no kids, non smoker, non drinker, non drug user, non partier, no bad habits. I live in isolation during the pandemic.
