Please do not respond with questions about this unless you have access to the equipment to move it = flat bed or a trailer, plus bobcat with forks. Cedar ceilings, cedar roof and siding, hardwood floors etc... it is really well built. It does need a new rear window and some panels for front door. You would need a bobcat with forks on it to move it. I hate to see it destroyed if someone could use it. It is definitely worth the cost of the equipment to move it if you were going to buy the materials and build it yourself. You need access to equipment to move it = flat bed or a trailer plus bobcat with forks. House is approx 5 feet wide and 7 feet long, it is built on a platform so that it is able to be lifted on and off the sundeck(which you are also welcome to).
