Looking to swap accommodations to trade with our tidy, clean, mimimalist, 3 bedroom open concept townhome with ~1,200 square feet. Children welcome - we have beds and a crib for them! Do you live in the Gulf islands, Port Renfrew, Sooke, or the Highlands and would like to spend the weekend near the city? We are located in Brentwood Bay next to the Saanich Fairgrounds and would love to visit your country home for a fun exchange :) About us: we are an educated family (with a PhD in Biomedical Sciences; a B.Sc in Chemistry) and have two young very respectful children. My husband has over 30 years of professional carpentry experience, and can perform any quick fixes for the right person. The house will be clean and you are welcome to use anything you like, make yourself at home! I will be uploading pictures shortly.
