We're looking for a hard-working, organized, and self-motivated individual to join our team as an Office Manager at our office in Saanich, BC, Canada, right on the Victoria boarder. DAILY ACTIVITIES * Onboarding new employees and clients * Appointment setting and maintaining database * Pre-screening job applicants via phone and email * Running job ads * Managing C suite calendar and booking events via: email * Assisting in running the day-to-day within the office * Preparing team meetings and taking meeting minutes * Data Entry List Building in Excel or Google Docs REQUIREMENTS * Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced startup environment * Strong communication skills; both written and verbal * Very process oriented * Extremely well-organized * The skills to work both independently and as part of a team Bonus points for: * Previous experience as an Office Admin/Manager * Familiarity with using a CRM like Pipedrive or Salesforce * Highschool degree or equivalent BENEFITS * Friendly co-workers learn from true innovators * Modern space in great location * You will be given more opportunity then in a corporate environment * Casual dress code (obv.) * Great work-life balance program * Salary based on experience Preferred Experience: * executive assistant: 1 year (Preferred) OR We will train the right candidate Salary $16-$18/hr based on previous experience
