Professional business woman with excellent references looking for a home to rent in the Saanich area beginning in July/August 2020. I am an experienced homeowner, meticulously clean, financially secure and the best tenant you will have. I am part time mother to a respectful, quiet teenager who attends Claremont School and have a very well trained, friendly, quiet older dog, who also comes with excellent references. I am a very competent house and pet/animal sitter, former B&B owner/operator and am willing to go the extra mile to provide support and help out, if that is needed. I have developed lasting friendships with all of my landlords and neighbours. I am ideally looking for a minimum 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom (or larger) good quality/ well maintained rental that would be available for at least a year. A bit of outdoor space or a view is most appreciated. Type of unit (house/suite/condo) and amount of rent is negotiable. Please let me know if you have a unit that could be suitable. Many thanks!
