Enterprise Architect Wanted - Part-Time Potential for Full Time

We are a busy, West Shore focused development firm seeking a AIBC registered architect to stamp drawings prepared by our design team. Perfect opportunity for someone partially retired or interested in working part time, but has potential for full time for the right candidate. Contract terms to be negotiated. Competitive compensation. Requirements: * Registered Architect with the AIBC or eligible for Registration * Knowledge of BC Building Code * Experience in wood frame, Mixed Use, and Commercial are an asset * Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) * Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously * Positive and proactive attitude * Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize * Must be able to travel to Greater Victoria for meetings and inspections
