$3,500 · Enjoy our three bedroom mid-century home at the park this summer in Victoria.

We're heading out sailing for the summer and offering our home for rent from the end of June to August 31st. We're now booked for most of July, availability is currently July 26th - August 31st. We have four bedrooms, but one will be reserved for storage, so you'll have the three bedrooms on the main level, with laundry and an another bathroom in the basement. Currently set up as a queen in the master, a twin in the original master, and a queen Murphy Wall-Bed in our office. For the all details, head to our Airbnb listing, link is below. We'll add more photos before the end of April. Things have changed up a bit since we last took more interior photos after renting our home while we were away on sabbatical in 2017/2018. We're only interested in renting if we find the right it. If you're looking for a concierge, I suggest the Four Seasons. In New York. We keep a fairly minimal home, but we have most things you'll need to enjoy a summer in Victoria, except a pool. Sorry, I've been asking for years, but he's not going for it. Something about maintenance..? You do have to get out of here August 31st, or our student roommate will wonder who these strangers are in the kitchen when he gets back in September. If we find someone locally, it's $3500/month. We'll be around but hoping you're savvy enough to figure most things out on your own after a tour and lots of conversations. Yes, if you can read this, it's still available. No, you can't bring ten people and three dogs and a hamster and a drum set. Yes, you can enjoy the backyard and we'll have someone else mow the lawn. A housekeeper will be by a few times over the summer as well. We have a basement suite so you'll see your downstairs neighbours occasionally. Included: Wifi, utilities, housekeeping once or twice a month, off street parking. We don't have cable or a landline because it's 2019.
