Energy Healing has been around for thousands of years for a reason, it works! It is very relaxing, and releases stuck energy in the system. When the body is balanced and in a calm and relaxed state, all the cells, molecules, and atoms are expressing patterns and frequencies relative to this balanced state; But when we are feeling stressed and ungrounded, or experiencing life difficulties, then the body on an fundamental level will be expressing energy patterns and frequencies that are relative to the unbalanced state. Energy healing is simply to channel universal energy with healing intent from the environment into the receiver, and this energy interacts with the persons energy patterns to entrain their energy back to its natural state of ease.
