Early Childhood Educator (ECE)

View Royal Childcare is now hiring Early Childhood Educator (ECE) to work in our infants program located in Langford. Position: Full-time (38-40 hrs/weekly) Responsibilities: ----------------------- Responsible for carrying out our infant program to promote physical, cognitive, emotional and social development. Engage children in activities by telling stories, teaching songs etc. Assist with proper eating, dressing and toilet habits Arrange rooms or furniture for snack and play Maintain childcare equipment and attend staff meetings to discuss progress and problems of children. Qualifications: --------------------- Passion to work with babies Completion of Early Childhood Education (ECE) Experience in childcare Valid ECE license to practice Current Criminal Record Check Valid standard First-Aid with CPR-C Doctor's note stated that you're eligible to work with children Min. two reference letters Flexibility in work schedule Salary: ---------- Negotiable with right candidate Benefits: ------------ Basic medical and dental benefits paid sick days paid workshop hours
