Setting up your modern home office and looking for a low cost but high quality Eames reproduction conference chair? This one's worth a look. Chair frame and levers in excellent condition. All key pieces are solid aluminum (not plastic). The naugahyde (faux leather) seat cover has some delamination as shown in the photos. For a quick aesthetic pick-me-up, you can cover the chair with a throw blanket. Easy-peasy! For handy types who want to upgrade the seat cover, you can remove it via allen key and have a new leather or naugahyde cover specially upholstered using the existing one as a template. You might also be able to buy a readymade replacement cover if you do some searching online. We would replace it ourselves if we had the space to keep it. Purchased at Studio Y Design in 2013.
