$20 · ECE/Daycare Team Lead

Reporting to the VWCA Child Care Manger, the Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the day to day of the Preschool and Childcare Program (3-5 Years) while providing excellent care to children in the centre. This leadership position will require the candidate to lead the educators in delivering high-quality care in accordance with our philosophy and policies, and ensuring the health and safety of all children are met through Child Care Licensing Regulations. REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION * Standard First Aid and CPR * Clean criminal record check * Diploma in Early Childhood Education * Current BC License to Practice * Documentation in accordance with Community Care Facilities Branch licensing requirements HOURS OF WORK: 37.5 hours per week. Hours may fluctuate due to program requirements. RATE OF PAY: $20.00/hour plus 4% in lieu of vacation. Shared benefits plan after probationary period.
