Complete drywall repairs to areas affected by fire or water damage. Rough and finished carpentry. Knowledge of water damage and fire restoration in residential and commercial settings is an asset. Provide constructive feedback and direction to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Willingness to travel for short periods of time and/or respond to afterhours emergencies are helpful. An Ideal Candidate: Able to work effectively and accurately in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as a team. Has formal education in carpentry and/or drywall finishing. Willing to assist with and respond to afterhours calls on rotation. Dedicated to providing unparalleled customer service and a quality product. Innovative thinker who is positive, proactive, and readily embraces change. Ability to use iPad/iPhone/Smart Phone and be comfortable with new technology and job management systems. Understanding of fire, water, wind, hail, mould remediation, and reconstruction is an asset. Residential and commercial construction knowledge. Has basic scope writing skills. Highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent customer service and sales skills. Strong work ethic with attention to detail. Vehicle for daily use. Clean background check. We are looking for driven and motivated people who are wanting to be part of a growing team. Pay rate is $20.00 to $28.00/hour depending on experience.
