Hi there, We have a beautiful 1 bedroom condo on the 11th floor with a breathtaking view of the ocean and inner harbour. The interior was recently renovated with almost brand new appliances (fridge, stove/oven, range hood and dishwasher). The rent DOES NOT include furniture or utilities, but does include hot water. The building (Sandpiper) is very well-maintained. Pet is allowed with additional pet deposit. Parking and storage are available within the building, but there's a waitlist. There's also nearby monthly parking for $100-125. We are looking for a mature and responsible tenant(s) with excellent references. The lease is for at least 1 year and the place is available after April 15th, 2019. Damage deposit is $675, $675 more if you have a pet.
