We are looking for a skilled Foreman to join our team. You've probably been around the excavating industry for a few years, but maybe you are looking to make the leap from a Pipelayer to Foreman with the aim to make a great company even better. Key Qualifications · 5+ years supervising construction / excavation projects. · Ability to read & understand blueprints, schematics, civil plans and construction documents. · Civil related courses or certifications considered an asset. · Valid BC Drivers' license. Key Duties · Installs water, sanitary sewer, storm water, and Hydro/Telephone/Cable pipes, structures and pipe systems. · Trains and oversees general management of all project employees. · Allocates and schedules resources, materials, sub-contractors and other staff. · Maintains and fosters professional relationships with clients. · Ensures a safe, secure and healthy work environment.
