You have a negative attitude, ego, or other problems. You smoke, do drugs or are a big partier. You don't like meeting new people. Here is what this job is: You will be an assistant to the crew leader. You will carefully navigate and safely drive our work vans throughout the Greater Victoria area. You will be trained to assist the crew leader in an important service job inside our client's homes and workplaces. You will be trained to use and maintain our equipment and to keep your van and workshop organized. You must have an impeccable driving record. You will need to be personable, communicative, and have an agreeable personality in order to speak with our clients. You must be physically fit. As you advance you will be trained to greet customers and interact with them while delivering outstanding service. Pay begins at $16/hr and after 30 days of exceptional performance will go to $18, then $20, and higher.
