$12,345 · Django developer needed ASAP

Hello This project relates to class action being undertaken by tenants who have been exposed to asbestos by the property owner. I have an urgent need for immediate work to fix a few bugs. Later this year the site will need major work to modify it for use by other advocacy groups - so, part time work now and ideally full time later this year. For the urgent work, I need some flexibility on payment timing. I usually pay contractors immediately, but in this case I need payment terms up to two months. I have invested $15k on development and $15k on expert evidence. There is no client on this project, no income against the expense. Further funds be available in early March at the latest, early Feb at the earliest. We can negotiate a worthwhile amount of interest to be added for each week the payment is delayed. If this may be acceptable to you, please read on: - Django framework for application layer. - MySQL as database. - Javascript, jQuery on client side. - It is a simple MVC architecture with simple jquery events and handlers. The stack is simple, but there is complexity in the features. It's a fairly sophisticated site with some very interesting features, but all the features are essentially there, I just need some revisions and fixes. If you're interested in the work and willing to accept possible payment delay, please let me know why I can trust you to do a thorough job. What sets you apart? I am a hack developer myself, my code is terrible but my quality control is excellent. I've hired many developers and I know the difference between good vs bad work - in the attention to detail, problem-solving, thoroughness in testing, etc. ... but I don't know how to identify which programmer will exercise all that thoroughness until we're actually working together and it either goes well or doesn't - so ... tell me why you're one of those rare developers who is going to catch the details I miss and submit updates that work as expected & don't introduce bugs. :-) Thanks!
