Conditions: Position: Dental Technician ( Ceramist ) Full-Time and Permanent Position, 40 hours/week Vacation: 10 days paid vacation/year Number of Positions: 1 Requirements: Education: Completion of college program in Dental Technology or four or more years of on the job training under supervision of a Registered Dental Technologist. Business Address: 2108 Oak Bay Ave. Victoria BC, V8R 1E7 Job Duties: * Construct all aspects of Ceramics and Metal Framework design. * Construct or repair dental devices including Crowns, Bridges, Inlays, full or partial dentures, Implants and Implant Abutments. * Contour and finish all protheses * Cast Gold and Metal alloys for Crowns, Bridges, Inlays and Implants. * Diagnostic Wax-Ups * Design and make Zirconia, Emax and Implant crowns/bridges using CAD/CAM software program. * May perform administrative tasks for the laboratory.
