$150 · Denon 3808CI receiver

For sale, this amazing receiver. High end made in Japan , not China or Malaysia, purchased at Sound Hounds new. This was third from the top of the line and award winning. Audiophiles know how good this piece is. It's 130w per channel, in great shape, except the main power button won't stay pushed in. I had a piece of tape over it. Probably a cheap fix. I do not have the Audessey calibration mic as a cat I used to have bit through the cable and I had to toss it. I borrowed one from Sound Hounds afterwards when I needed it again. Hence, my asking price. Cost $2,000 new. It doesnt have all the bells and whistles of some of the newer cheaply made receivers, like bluetooth, but it does what it does very well. You would be looking at at least $2000 today for this power and sound quality. Weighs a ton. Just look at the back and all the inputs/outputs. I have both remotes it came with. No manual sorry.
