Day use space : study for bar, write dissertation, do craft work

NOT a live in. Cute shed/hut. Full height, about 10x12 feet. Hoping someone out there needs a place to go in the daytime to do something legal, quiet and sane. I don't want a tenant and don't want to be a landlord. I'm getting old and in exchange for use of the space I'd ask you to be steady-on with yard upkeep - weed every day when you need a study/work break and mow the grass as needed. It's a bit of a seasonal opportunity, as there is no heat. We could discuss your moderate use of a parabolic heater. When you reply confirm that you'd be using the space at least 4 days a week (I'm really needing and looking for a composite hour a day at least 4 days a week) and what you'd use it for; be as specific as possible. Describe your usual use of tobacco and marijuana. Would you come by bus car or bike. Describe your garden/ yard care experience.
