Duties will include: Candidate will be required to meet and greet potential clients coming into the office and over the phone and through email, gathering necessary information needed for the execution and delivery of the required renovation projects, working closely with our Office Coordinator. Sending information to our designers and communicating with them via email, text and phone calls for orders and concerns. In turn sending and working with the Ordering Team at IKEA to ensure our orders are accurate and on time to the best of our abilities. This will require problem solving skills and patience. Candidate must be familiar with Office including but not limited to Word & particularly in Excel (used for our ordering system) Other duties as required including keeping the showroom clean and organized.
