Ideal for a single person or couple. Well laid out suite on quiet dead end street near Swan Lake with decent sized kitchen and spacious living/dining room. Bedroom is on the smaller size (not ideal for king sized bed) but closet is a good size. $1500/month which includes: Off street parking for 1 vehicle and street parking available Shared Laundry Dishwasher (portable) High speed wireless internet (no cable) Heat/Hot Water/Hydro Use of backyard and space for BBQ Open to dogs/cats as long as they are dog/cat/kid friendly Very close to galloping goose/lockside trail On #6 and #26 bus routes We live upstairs with 2 senior in/out cats and 1 very friendly PugX dog. We have a nearly 1 yr old Son who is pretty cool, but need quiet respectful tenants/animals and we will offer the same. Ideally looking for long term tenants. Indoor cats only please. Will need to meet any dogs to ensure our pets/son's safety as the backyard is shared. Absolutely no smoking of anything on the property. No drugs. No parties.
